Are there any fees to candidates?
Never. While others locally and nationally blur the ethical lines between themselves and “applicant paid employment agencies”, Resource Partners is a “true” professional recruiting firm. We have never nor will we ever, charge fees to candidates for our services in connection with securing them an exceptional opportunity with one of our client companies. From a candidate perspective, be very wary of any firm or individual asking for payment or commitment to pay them for assistance in your career search. From our perspective, charging candidates is a very unethical practice.
